The relocation centralizes product development functions on a larger Dearborn campus.

  • Ford will leave its longtime 'Glass House' headquarters a few miles away in Dearborn in the first half of 2026.
  • The current Glass House, in use since 1956, is slated for demolition over roughly 18 months after employees vacate.
  • The new headquarters spans 2.1 million square feet, about twice the size of the Glass House.
