Ford Moves From Show to Sale With Maverick 300T Kit and 900-HP Raptor R Project

Ford is turning SEMA concepts into warrantied, 50-state-legal upgrades installed by dealers.

Overview

  • Ford confirmed a Maverick 300T performance kit for 2026 that targets about 300 hp and 317 lb-ft using a 59 mm Mustang-sourced turbo and a much larger Mishimoto intercooler with ProCal 4 tuning.
  • The 300T package is aimed at 2.0L AWD XL, XLT, and Lariat trims, and Ford recommends the 4K Tow Package for added cooling to handle the extra output.
  • Beyond the engine, the 300T adds lowering springs, monotube rear dampers, a sturdier rear stabilizer bar, and a Borla cat-back exhaust, with visual touches including 20-inch Mach-E GT wheels and 300T graphics.
  • Ford also showed an F-150 Raptor R build with a 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger on the 5.2-liter V8 that delivers more than 900 hp, described as a potential Ford Performance Parts offering.
  • Both projects are engineered for CARB/50-state compliance and are backed by a three-year/36,000-mile warranty when installed by a dealer or ASE-certified technician, with pricing to be announced.
