Overview
- Ford says a Maverick 300T upgrade is planned for 2026, targeting about 300 hp and 317 lb-ft from the 2.0-liter EcoBoost using the Mustang’s 59 mm turbo, a much larger Mishimoto intercooler, ProCal 4 tuning, and a Borla cat-back.
- The 300T kit is engineered for 50-state/CARB compliance and carries a 3-year/36,000-mile Ford Performance warranty when installed by a dealer or ASE-certified technician, with pricing and final contents to be announced.
- Compatibility is aimed at Maverick XL, XLT, and Lariat trims with the 2.0-liter AWD, and Ford recommends the 4K Tow Package for enhanced cooling to support the higher output.
- The SEMA project truck shows lowered suspension, a thicker rear stabilizer bar, monotube rear dampers, 20-inch Mach-E GT wheels, and black or bronze 300T graphics, with upgraded tires recommended rather than included.
- Ford also displayed an F-150 Raptor R project using a 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger for over 900 hp, described as a potential Ford Performance Parts package designed for CARB legality and the same conditional warranty.
