Ford Introduces $1,500 'Conquest Bonus Cash' for Tesla Owners

Ford's new incentive aims to boost F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E sales by targeting Tesla owners, without requiring a trade-in.

Ford offers a $1,500 rebate to Tesla owners for purchasing an F-150 Lightning or Mustang Mach-E, under the 'Tesla Competitive Conquest Bonus Cash' program.
The incentive applies to both 2024 and 2023 models, running through July 8, and does not necessitate trading in the Tesla vehicle.
Ford has also reduced prices on some F-150 Lightning models by up to $5,500 amid a slowdown in the electric vehicle market.
The price cuts and rebates are part of Ford's strategy to compete more aggressively in the EV market, which has seen declining demand and increased competition.
Tesla, facing its own challenges with demand and stock prices, has also been forced to lower prices and cancel plans for a budget-friendly Model 2 EV.
