Overview
- Acting on intelligence, a joint team from 203 CoBRA, CRPF 241 Bastar Battalion and district force personnel moved from Mettaguda and located the cache near Koimeta hills around 11 a.m. on Saturday.
- Recovered items included country-made rifles, a barrel grenade launcher with its barrel, explosive materials and wiring, a broken Netra UAV propeller, and large stocks of iron fixtures and tools.
- Police said the stockpile was intended to fabricate and plant IEDs to target security personnel, and the team secured the site and returned without casualties.
