Overview

  • Starting Jornada 6, authorities will expand security operations inside and outside venues, increase police and private security presence, and bolster intelligence sharing with clubs.
  • Clubs are instructed to remit all rioters to on-site Juzgados Cívicos or Ministerios Públicos, track individuals who disrupt order, and place any ejected fan at the disposal of authorities.
  • The FMF Disciplinary Commission opened investigations into incidents linked to Estadio Akron, Estadio Universitario and Estadio Cuauhtémoc, with sanctions to be determined after reviewing match reports.
  • Immediate actions reported include 34 evacuations across Jornada 5, three detentions at El Volcán that remain under legal process, and four canceled season tickets, while the Akron victim filed a complaint.
  • Liga MX will run an anti-violence campaign and publicize the Código de Conducta del Aficionado and the Estadio Seguro protocol, and no stadium suspensions have been announced.
