- FLUP runs November 19–23 and 27–30 across the Viaduto de Madureira, CUFA and Zê Êne, with free tickets available via Sympla.

- International curatorship by Mame-Fatou Niang brings debates with figures such as Mireille Fanon, Michelle Alexander, Patrick Chamoiseau, Felwine Sarr, Ruha Benjamin and filmmaker Steve McQueen.
- The program includes a centenary exhibition on Frantz Fanon featuring rare materials and digital works by the Códigos Negros collective in partnership with Olabi.
- Zê Êne hosts SLAM BR, the national spoken-word championship, as the lineup also features concerts by Jonathan Ferr, Mano Brown and Majur, alongside the school-based Batalha da Memória project.
