Florida Woman Files Class-Action Lawsuit Against Hershey Co. Over 'Deceptive' Reese's Packaging

Cynthia Kelly, a Florida woman, has filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against Hershey Co. over the packaging of its Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins.
Kelly alleges that the product's packaging falsely represented the candy, which she expected to have a carved pumpkin face as depicted on the package.
The lawsuit also includes other Reese's products such as White Ghost, Peanut Butter Bats, and Peanut Butter Footballs, claiming they are also 'deceptive'.
Kelly is seeking damages exceeding $5 million on behalf of all Floridians who purchased these products.
Hershey Co. has not commented on the pending litigation.
