Jalen Watkins and Daren Green Jr. led the Seminoles with a combined 35 points.
Florida State shot 55.6% overall and 42.9% from 3-point range, forcing the Chippewas into a season-high 21 turnovers.
Anthony Pritchard led Central Michigan with 16 points, his third straight game as the team's top scorer.
Both teams will continue play in the Sunshine Slam event on Nov. 20, with the Seminoles taking on UNLV and the Chippewas facing Siena.
