Chandler Jackson led the Seminoles with a career-high 14 points, while Jamir Watkins, Darin Green Jr., and Primo Spears each scored in double figures.
Despite a late surge by Georgia Tech, Florida State maintained a double-digit lead for most of the game.
Miles Kelly was the top scorer for Georgia Tech with 20 points, followed by Kowacie Reeves with 18 points.
Florida State has now won six consecutive home games against Georgia Tech.
