Florida Psychologist and Accomplice Arrested for Trafficking Teen Girl

Duarte, a licensed mental health professional, allegedly met the girl at a Miami hotel and gained her trust by posing as a psychologist.
Police report Duarte offered the teen drugs and alcohol, coerced her into recording sexual acts, and attempted to traffic her to multiple men.
Mojica, Duarte's boyfriend, is accused of sexually assaulting the girl after Duarte left her alone with him in the hotel room.
Both suspects remain in custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and have been denied bond.
Duarte and Mojica have pleaded not guilty; Duarte claims she never touched the girl and expresses concern over losing her professional license.
