Florida Pizza Delivery Driver Charged with Attempted Murder After Stabbing Pregnant Customer Over $2 Tip

  • Brianna Alvelo, a pizza delivery driver, became upset after receiving a $2 tip for a $33 pizza order and allegedly returned to the motel with an armed accomplice 90 minutes later.
  • The suspects forced their way into the motel room, with the male accomplice holding the victim's boyfriend at gunpoint in the bathroom while Alvelo attacked the woman with a knife.
  • The victim, who shielded her daughter during the attack, suffered 14 stab wounds to her chest, arms, legs, and abdomen and underwent emergency surgery for a ruptured lung; she later discovered she was pregnant.
  • Alvelo was arrested the following day and faces charges including attempted murder, home invasion with a firearm, kidnapping, and aggravated assault, while her male accomplice remains unidentified and at large.
