Florida Pizza Delivery Driver Charged with Attempted Murder After Stabbing Pregnant Customer Over $2 Tip

Brianna Alvelo, 22, allegedly attacked a woman in a motel room following a tip dispute, leaving the victim with 14 stab wounds and a ruptured lung.

The incident occurred at the Riviera Motel in Kissimmee, Florida, where the victim, her boyfriend, and her 5-year-old daughter were staying to celebrate a birthday.
Brianna Alvelo, a pizza delivery driver, became upset after receiving a $2 tip for a $33 pizza order and allegedly returned to the motel with an armed accomplice 90 minutes later.
The suspects forced their way into the motel room, with the male accomplice holding the victim's boyfriend at gunpoint in the bathroom while Alvelo attacked the woman with a knife.
The victim, who shielded her daughter during the attack, suffered 14 stab wounds to her chest, arms, legs, and abdomen and underwent emergency surgery for a ruptured lung; she later discovered she was pregnant.
Alvelo was arrested the following day and faces charges including attempted murder, home invasion with a firearm, kidnapping, and aggravated assault, while her male accomplice remains unidentified and at large.
