Florida Man Arrested for Throwing Elderly Dog into Dumpster

• Anthony Bellman, 55, was arrested for allegedly throwing a 16-year-old Shih Tzu named Xyla into a dumpster in Lehigh Acres, Florida.
• Bellman was caught on surveillance footage removing a black trash bag from his car and tossing it into the dumpster before driving off.
