Sullivan has threatened to free Arion Kurtaj, the 18-year-old hacker who leaked in-development footage of GTA 6 and was subsequently sentenced to a secure hospital, if his demands are not met.
Sullivan's demands have increased over time, starting at $2 million, then $5 million, and now $10 million, for his alleged 'suffering and pain' and 'defamation of character'.
Sullivan claims he has been harassed and has lost his peace due to the increased attention he has received since the release of the GTA 6 trailer.
Rockstar Games has not publicly commented on Sullivan's demands or threats.
