The Brevard County Sheriff's Office arrested Nelson on January 7 after tracking the financial transactions tied to the stolen items.
Nelson faces several charges, including aggravated battery on a person over 65, robbery, forgery, fraud, and grand theft.
The sheriff criticized Nelson publicly, calling her a 'Grinch,' and emphasized the importance of protecting vulnerable elderly individuals from exploitation.
