Rosa Allegedly Sent Disturbing Selfie to Friend After Murder, Awaits Hearing on Possible Transfer to Juvenile Facility

Derek Rosa, a 13-year-old honors student from Florida, is accused of stabbing his mother, Irina Garcia, to death while she slept next to his 14-day-old sister.
Rosa allegedly took a selfie with his blood-stained hand and sent it to a friend after the murder.
