Both Christian and Bridget Ziegler have admitted to having a threesome sexual relationship with the alleged victim, leading to accusations of hypocrisy given their public stance as 'family values' conservatives.
Despite the allegations and calls for resignation, both Christian and Bridget Ziegler have refused to step down, with Christian Ziegler claiming his innocence and Bridget Ziegler stating she plans to continue serving her term.
The state GOP’s executive board will begin the process of removing Christian Ziegler from office on Sunday, a process that could take months and includes stripping him of his pay and authority to conduct party business as chair.
