Condon, recently named SEC Player of the Week, has been a key player for the Gators, averaging 11.0 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks this season.
The injury occurred after Condon landed awkwardly on another player's foot during Florida's first offensive possession of the game.
Florida was already missing starting guard Alijah Martin, the team's leading scorer, due to a hip injury sustained last week, leaving the team without two of its top players.
Sophomore forward Thomas Haugh stepped into a larger role in Condon's absence, as the Gators adjusted their lineup during the game.
