The confrontation escalated when one of the suspects allegedly threw coffee at an American Airlines employee during a scuffle with airport staff.
Both individuals face charges, including battery and trespassing, while Seirafe-Novaes was also charged with resisting arrest without violence.
Video footage shows multiple Miami-Dade officers restraining the suspects, with one being escorted in handcuffs to a police car on the tarmac.
