Florida Company Recalls 7,630 Pounds of Croquetas Over Allergen Concerns

A Tu Gusto, LLC recalled frozen croquetas sold in Florida and Texas due to undeclared allergens and incorrect labeling.
The croquetas were produced between April and October 2024 and falsely marked with the USDA establishment number 'EST. 11154.'
The USDA discovered the issue during routine surveillance, finding the products were made in a non-inspected facility.
Consumers with soy, wheat, or sesame allergies are advised to avoid these products due to potential health risks.
