Howard University's quarterback, Quinton Williams, threw three interceptions, one of which was caught by Florida A&M's linebacker Isaiah Major with 1:45 remaining, sealing the victory for Florida A&M.
The Celebration Bowl is considered by many to be the national championship game among Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
