• Wirtz completed his medical in England and signed a contract with Liverpool through 2030 as the move nears formal announcement.
• Liverpool will pay Bayer Leverkusen a fixed fee of €117.5 million plus up to €18.8 million in performance-based bonuses.
• Under FIFA’s solidarity rule, 5 percent of the €136 million fee is earmarked for clubs that trained Wirtz between ages 12 and 23.
