- Flood watches run through 6 a.m. Friday for the Hill Country, Edwards Plateau and the I-35 corridor, including Del Rio, San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos and Austin.

- Rainfall is most likely to peak Thursday with training storms producing rates near 3 inches per hour, and a less-certain second round is possible Sunday into Monday.
