  • More than 840 people from over 250 families remain housed in 16 relief camps after floodwaters in South Tripura subsided below danger levels.
  • National Disaster Response Force teams and Tripura State Rifles’ 9th Battalion are conducting rescue and relief operations across Sabroom and Belonia subdivisions.
  • District Magistrate Md Sajad P and Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha are receiving continuous updates under a yellow weather alert issued by the India Meteorological Department.
