Overview

• The fire broke out at around 1:10 am on May 26 at Hollybush House on Hadley Green Road, prompting deployment of ten fire engines and about 70 firefighters from multiple stations.
• Crews successfully contained the blaze by 4:48 am but stayed on site to dampen down remaining hotspots.
• The roof, most of the first floor and half of the ground floor were engulfed in flames, leading to severe damage and a partial structural collapse.
• No injuries have been reported among emergency crews or the public and the London Fire Brigade continues to investigate the origin of the fire.
