Five-Year-Old Boy Killed in Alabama Shooting

Five-year-old Brandon Jamal Nation III was shot and killed while getting his hair cut in a home in Bessemer, Alabama.
The shooting occurred around 10 a.m. on Sunday.
Brandon's mother had taken him to the home for his haircut when someone outside began shooting into the house.
A man inside the house, identified as the boy's barber, was also shot and taken to a hospital. His condition is unknown.
The police are investigating the incident and have expressed their condolences to the family.
