  • The top five three-row models according to Edmunds are the Kia EV9, Hyundai Ioniq9, Volkswagen ID. Buzz, Rivian R1S and Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV.
  • All models include advanced safety suites and accommodate six or seven passengers with abundant cargo space, though the Volkswagen ID. Buzz is limited to a 234-mile driving range.
  • The Kia EV9 starts at $56,395, and its midlevel Wind trim delivers an EPA-estimated 280 miles of range, all-wheel drive and towing capacity of up to 5,000 pounds.
  • Hyundai’s Ioniq9 starts at $60,555 and boasts up to 335 miles of range along with luxury features such as a fingerprint scanner for driver personalization.
  • At the premium end, the Rivian R1S (from $77,700) and the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV (from $106,400) offer up to 410 miles of range, optional third-row seats and enhanced suspension for both off-road and on-road comfort.
