Five Teenagers Wounded in East El Paso Apartment Shooting as 15-Year-Old Taken Into Custody

Police have not confirmed whether the juvenile in custody fired the shots.

  • El Paso police said a fight preceded the shooting, and Officer Adrian Cisneros reported that a man began firing as the altercation escalated.
