Overview

• An Assam court remanded Shyamkanu Mahanta, Siddharth Sharma, Sandipan Garg, Nandeswar Bora and Paresh Baishya to 14 days in judicial custody after their police remand ended.
• Two other accused, bandmate Shekhar Jyoti Goswami and singer Amritprava Mahanta, remain in police custody until October 17 before their next court production.
