Two security guards, aged 33 and 37, were killed while patrolling an industrial area in Loon-Plage, with no clear motive established for their targeting.
Two migrants, believed to be Kurdish-Iranians aged 19 and 30, were shot near a migrant camp in Loon-Plage; their identities are still being confirmed.
The suspect, described as an experienced marksman and legal firearm owner, turned himself in to police and is cooperating with investigators, though his motives remain unclear.
