Five Dead, Including Two Children, in Suspected Murder-Suicide Near Atlanta

Police discovered the victims, all with gunshot wounds, during a welfare check at a DeKalb County apartment complex Saturday evening.

The victims include a 1-year-old boy, a 5-year-old girl, a 43-year-old woman, a 32-year-old man, and a 26-year-old woman, all found dead from gunshot wounds.
Police responded to the Vineyards at Flat Shoals apartment complex in DeKalb County, Georgia, just before 7:30 p.m. for a welfare check.
Authorities are investigating the incident as a domestic-related murder-suicide but have not identified the shooter or released the names of the victims.
The relationships among the victims remain unclear as the investigation continues, with next-of-kin notifications still underway.
