• Four suspects tied to the Vanowen Street Locos and Elmwood Rifa 13 are charged with using interstate commerce facilities to commit murder-for-hire targeting Robert Amiryan.
• Carlos Armando Ochoa Grimaldi, Christopher Ayala, Edir De La Cruz and Maria de Jesus Mares were identified as the alleged participants in the plot.
• Prosecutors allege the group stalked Amiryan before his partner was shot and wounded on March 14 as she arrived home with their two children.
