Overview

• The assault occurred on September 20 at Indiranagar Layout in Kanakapura taluk, where relatives allegedly dragged the pair into the street and partially shaved their heads.
• Kanakapura police have taken five of seven accused into custody and said two suspects remain absconding as the investigation continues.
