FITUR 2026 Nears Opening as Spanish Regions Detail Tech-Infused, Experiential Tourism Push

Regions unveil experiential campaigns to convert fair exposure into longer stays.

Overview

  • The international tourism fair runs at IFEMA Madrid from 21 to 25 January, with municipalities and provinces including Gandia, Llíria, Lorca, Palencia and Segovia presenting year-round products and live programming.

  • Segovia centers its showcase on the 12 August total solar eclipse with ‘Eclipse Academy and Gastronomy’ weekend programs through August, as international coordination includes Catamarca’s delegation within Argentina’s INPROTUR and Spain’s MAPA stand highlights ‘Nadal en Deza’ with presentations on 21–22 January.
