- Nintendo announced the Light Purple (left) and Light Green (right) set via the Nintendo Today app as the first official color variants for Switch 2.
- Preorders are open on Nintendo’s website and through major retailers ahead of the February 12 release.
- The two-pack includes matching wrist straps, and the controllers retain the same features as existing Joy-Con 2 units.
- The new hues are limited to accent areas around the thumbsticks and connection points, with the main shells remaining dark gray.
- The console’s inner light blue and orange strips stay in place and Nintendo has not announced matching replacements.
