Overview
- Free, family programming is underway across downtown sites including City Hall Plaza, Copley Square, Boston Common and the waterfront, with performances scheduled through 12:30 a.m.
- The parade steps off from City Hall Plaza at 6 p.m., with family fireworks over Boston Common at 7 p.m. and a harbor display at midnight.
- The MBTA will provide no-fare service from 8 p.m. until the end of service on subways, buses, ferries, The RIDE and commuter rail from North and South stations.
