  • The trio were arrested after a court appearance related to the drug charges, in connection with an incident in which a 36-year-old man fell from a flat in Dundee.
  • First Minister Yousaf has refrained from commenting on the incidents involving his brother-in-law.
  • All three individuals have been granted bail and will appear in court again at a later date.
