Overview
- TAG24 published new entertainment summaries on January 28–29 of repeat First Dates episodes originally aired in August 2022, noting the show runs weekdays at 18:00 on VOX and streams on RTL+.
- Host Roland Trettl figures centrally in the moments captured, including a guest mistakenly greeting him as “Herr Tremmel” before meeting Melina.
- Another featured scene shows Trettl handing Frank a novelty “Love-Brille,” which left Claudia puzzled until the setup was explained on camera.
- The recaps emphasize small tensions and preferences that shape chemistry, from clothing stereotypes and teacher clichés to pet talk and differing views on moving for a relationship.
- Separately, a DerWesten opinion piece floated a speculative twist in which friends or family would pick the dates, presented as an idea rather than any confirmed change to the format.
