The fire broke out on the fifth floor of the Pixar Pals parking structure on April 4, 2025, around 9:47 a.m. local time.
Emergency responders contained the fire, which damaged between six to twelve vehicles, but no injuries were reported.
Initial reports suggested the fire started in a Toyota RAV4, but authorities now believe it originated in the engine of a Kia Sportage SUV.
