USWNT coach Emma Hayes, Jonatan Giráldez of FC Barcelona, and Sarina Wiegman of England are the finalists for the Best FIFA Women's Coach award.
Pep Guardiola of Manchester City, Simone Inzaghi of Inter Milan, and Luciano Spalletti of Napoli are the finalists for the Best FIFA Men's Coach award.
Emma Hayes led Chelsea to their fourth consecutive Women's Super League title and their third consecutive FA Cup.
Sarina Wiegman led England to the Women's World Cup final, where they lost to Spain.
The winners will be announced on January 15, 2024, in London.
