• Centralized online registration is now open through September via FIFA’s portal to recruit the largest volunteer cohort in tournament history.
• Applicants are required to be at least 18 years old, hold legal permission to volunteer in the host country and demonstrate strong English skills, with Spanish proficiency prioritized for roles in Mexico.
• Selected volunteers will support operations across 23 functional areas in stadiums, training centers, airports, hotels and fan zones across 16 host cities in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
• Shortlisted candidates will attend Volunteer Team Tryouts in October 2025 and participate in role-specific training sessions beginning in March 2026.
• Volunteers must commit to eight shifts during the tournament, cover their own travel, lodging and visa costs and will receive official uniforms, meals, certificates and exclusive rewards.
