• FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee sanctioned Malaysia’s federation and seven players for using manipulated documents to field them in a June 10, 2025 qualifier versus Vietnam.
• The players are banned from all football activities for 12 months effective upon notification, and each must pay a 2,000 CHF fine; the federation was fined 350,000 CHF.
