Overview

  • Daishaun Hughes-Murchison, Brian Wallace and Trayvine Jackson were charged Wednesday with robbery interfering with interstate commerce and using a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime.
  • Federal filings allege Trayvine Jackson used insider knowledge from his former Brink’s employment to help plan the June 21 attack and was suspended then terminated before the heist.
  • Investigators linked the suspects to vehicles at the crime scene through surveillance footage, cell-phone location data and rental-car records near the Home Depot delivery stop.
  • Cheltenham Township police say a separate August 12 armored-truck robbery outside an H Mart in Elkins Park netted about $700,000 to $800,000 and may connect to four similar incidents since June.
  • The FBI Philadelphia Violent Crime Task Force and local police continue to probe whether the series of heists exploited delivery logistics in a coordinated pattern.
