• On November 26, Russia’s Federation Council approved laws granting comprehensive support to women awarded the Mother‑Heroine title for giving birth to and raising more than 10 children.
• The guarantees mirror those for Heroes of the Russian Federation and Heroes of Labour, covering medical care, drug provision, sanatorium treatment, support with housing and utility costs, and access to professional training and additional education.
• Entitlements include free urban and commuter transport, one annual long‑distance trip by rail, water or air, access to official lounges at airports and stations, and free land plots.
• Recipients may opt for a monthly cash payment of 72,403.79 rubles instead of in‑kind benefits, with annual indexation and disbursement by the Social Fund of Russia.
