• Flávio Dino reported receiving grave online threats after his vote to convict Jair Bolsonaro and on September 10 submitted a complaint with more than 50 posts.
• The Federal Police’s preliminary review identified about 50 profiles, with posts referencing unrest in Nepal and also targeting federal investigator Fábio Shor.
• The PF assessed that individualizing targets heightens the intimidation and can hinder the independent exercise of public duties.
• In a formal request to Minister Alexandre de Moraes, the PF asked whether to fold the case into Inquiry No. 4,874/DF and, if linked, to open a specific petition and order platforms to identify account holders.
• Separately, the PF indicted a woman who attempted to assault Dino during a flight, charging her with injúria and incitação ao crime.
