• Kiersten Soto, 32, and Moises Soto, 33, were found guilty on Sept. 22 of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion.

• A website was used to advertise the victim to sex buyers throughout New England, according to trial evidence.
• Testimony and cellphone videos documented threats, beatings with wooden dowel rods, choking, and berating the victim during drug withdrawal.
• Kiersten Soto was also convicted of traveling or using interstate facilities to promote unlawful activities, and authorities reported the victim is now safe and recovering.
