Federal Judge Dismisses Claims in Two of Three Fatal Shootings by Former Wisconsin Officer

The case involving the 2020 shooting of Alvin Cole by Mensah will continue, with oral arguments scheduled for next month.
Mensah, who resigned in 2020 and was not criminally charged, is now with the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
The judge's decision was based on evidence including squad-car footage and the circumstances of each encounter.
