Federal Inmate Arraigned in 2017 Stray-Bullet Killing of Bronx Mother Cindy Diaz

Prosecutors say he was identified while in federal custody following a CrimeStoppers tip.

Cindy Diaz was fatally shot at East Tremont Ave. and Boston Rd. on Friday night, according to cop sources.
Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark's office said in July that it will review the lawsuits alleging sexual assault at Rikers, but it did not say what that review will ential.
