Overview
- The hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the Comodoro Py courthouse in Buenos Aires.
 - Sala II, composed of judges Roberto Boico, Martín Irurzun and Eduardo Farah, will consider appeals from the Kovalivker family and former ANDIS head Diego Spagnuolo.
 - Defense filings argue the case stems from illegally obtained audio attributed to Spagnuolo, with the Kovalivkers’ lawyer alleging the recordings were adulterated or even AI-generated, and case documents note mentions of Suizo Argentina as well as Karina Milei and Eduardo “Lule” Menem.
 - Judge Casanello earlier dismissed the nullity motions as erroneous and designed to hinder an incipient probe, a view supported by federal prosecutor Franco Picardi.
 - Picardi previously sought 25 simultaneous searches over suspected steering in high‑cost medicine contracts, and the investigation remains under judicial secrecy.
