Overview

• On July 25, agents from the Postal Inspection Service, IRS Criminal Investigation and the Department of Labor, aided by the FBI and El Monte Police, executed a search warrant at Shinn’s Tujunga home.
• The sealed warrant targets alleged sex trafficking, money laundering, tax evasion and pandemic-era fraud linked to the Shekinah Church founder’s operations.
